Floss in Intervals
People tend to underestimate this technique but flossing is very important for your teeth! You may brush twice or thrice a day, but even the soft bristles don’t go all the way between your teeth.
Floss between meals and before going to bed to prevent getting gum disease. You may use a traditional dental floss or water flosses, but be sure to do it. It’s best to first ask your dentist about the right flossing technique for you before you get started.
